Adella, my sales coordinatore did an excellent job tweaking and sending new proofs for me to approve. She was very quick at replying also. I was amazed at her excellent customer service despite the slight language issues. My pins arrived almost a week ahead of schedule and they are well-made. The cost was comparable to other companies, but since they were able to complete my order in only 12 days from the time I first contacted them to when the pins arrived on my doorstep, compared to all the other companies that said 4-6 weeks minimum, I would defintely order from GS-JJ again, but only if I have Adella as the Sales Coordinator.

Vendor was very responsive and quickly tweaked my designs to get exactly what I wanted. I'll be using them again if the patches turn out well.

Self design was very touchy to move or center things. Proof was WRONG to start. Confusion about how long the process would take. Lonni saved it all...got the parts made great and delivered early.
